APM Special Interest Forum for Undergraduate Medical Education Annual Meeting
Annual Conference 2023
We are pleased to announce the annual meeting of the APM Undergraduate Education Special Interest Forum, co-led by Professor John Ellershaw (Liverpool) and Professor Stephen Barclay (Cambridge). The event will take place at the prestigious RCP North (The Spine Building) in Liverpool on Wednesday 18th October 2023.
The meeting presents a much-needed networking opportunity for those involved in the planning and delivery of undergraduate palliative medicine education, and enables the sharing of ideas, developments, best practice and suggestions for education research.
The 2023 spotlight on student health and wellbeing will explore the differing approaches employed around the country and ways in which best practice can be replicated. Abstract submissions are invited relating to research and innovation in undergraduate medical education, and an abstract submission form is attached.
The fee for the event is £40, which includes all refreshments and a fork buffet lunch. A number of free places are available for medical students.
