• To introduce multimorbidity as a concept
• How to identify patients approaching the end of their lives with advanced multimorbidity
• How to manage patients with advanced multimorbidity approaching the end of their life

The APM Education and Training Committee will host this series of webinars throughout 2025 and they are FREE for APM Members to attend (membership status will be verified!) Each webinar will take place on a mid-week day, in the first week of each month, except August when we will take a break! To engage all levels of membership, there will be a specific focus each month. We are not applying for CPD for these webinars, please just ask for an attendance certificate so you can self-certify.
