Title: Palliative Care & Oncological Emergencies

Session Outline: This third and final part of our symptom control series focuses on Oncological and Palliative Care Emergencies. This session is aimed at pre-specialty doctors and medical students with an interest in Oncology, Acute Medicine and Palliative Medicine. We’ll use case-based teaching to highlight common scenarios you will encounter whilst working in hospitals and community settings, including malignant spinal cord compression, hypercalcaemia and superior vena cava obstruction.
