Fixed Term Specialty Doctor (ending March 31st 2026)
16-24 hours a week
Salary: £59,175 - £95,400 per annum (based on 40 hours a week and experience in Palliative Medicine)
Locations: Farnham, Guildford and the In-Patient Unit in Camberley

Special Lecturer in Palliative Medicine (University College Dublin)
Academic Department of Palliative Medicine/ADPM (Dublin)
The ADPM is a collaboration between Trinity College Dublin, University College Dublin and Our Lady’s Hospice & Care Services (ADPM Annual Report). The Department is led by Prof Andrew Davies, and currently there are seven PhD students, together with research nurse and administrative support.
The ADPM is seeking a Registrar/Specialist Register in Palliative Medicine to support the training of undergraduate medical students at University College Dublin, and also undertake a PhD related to one of the Departments research themes (e.g. digital health, circadian rhythms, symptom control, supportive care).
The post is salaried (national pay scales), and there is funding to support PhD fees and research expenses. The post is available from the 1st July 2025. Applicants need to be eligible to join the Irish Medical Register, and must have experience in Palliative Care, and ideally experience in clinical research.
